Returns & Exchanges

At Sare Fashion, we aim to prioritize customer satisfaction at the highest level. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can proceed with your return or exchange according to the following policy.

Return Policy

You can return products purchased from Sare Fashion within 14 days of the delivery date.
The items to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
A receipt or order number must be provided to initiate the return process.
Once your return request is approved, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the request is approved.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of shipping the items back is also paid by the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
The items to be exchanged must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
The exchange process will depend on stock availability. If the requested item is not available in stock, you may choose an alternative product or initiate a return process.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer service team. Once your request is approved, you will receive the necessary instructions.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. Make sure to package the product securely and retain the tracking number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear
Swimwear and bikinis
Jewelry
Used or damaged items

Defective Products

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Sare Fashion will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange of defective products.
